The Maillard Industrie Group has three design sites:
- In France: Baume-les-Dames and Palaiseau (in the Parisian suburbs)
- In the Czech Republic: Jablonec-Nad-Nisou

Our highly-skilled teams, all of which take part in the company’s ongoing training programmes, provide our customers with the necessary support throughout the entire industrial solutions phase with the aim of determining the most cost-effective project.

The considerable CAD calculation facilities are used by technicians, who are experts in the Maillard Industrie Group’s integrated production technologies. The installations in the design centres mean that digital files can be exchanged over secure lines.

HSMC: REDUCTION IN THE TIME AND COST OF DEVELOPING NEW PRODUCTS

A reassuring technology of interest to industrial companies, design offices, new product departments and design workshops.

A High-Speed Machining Centre (HSMC) incorporated into GMI’s industrial set-up that lets the group:

- Manufacture prototype equipment

- Reassure customers by providing them with functional models of the part prior to product engineering, for validation of the design, aesthetics and geometry, for thermal and mechanical tests, and for taking shots to be included in advertising brochures.

The incorporation of the HSMC also means that prototypes can be machined in full confidentiality and in strict compliance with deadlines.
